In the past few decades, in Mumbai, due to limited availability of land, an altogether new avenue of development has taken shape – a phenomenon known as redevelopment. Over the years, existing buildings in prime locations have given way to swanky high-rise structures matching the aspirations of its residents. Along with redevelopment projects have come up its unique challenges and the municipal corporation and the government have to constantly keep fine-tuning the development regulations to cater to such projects.

Introducing BDA GURUKUL

BDA Gurukul is an online educational portal launched by the BDA team. BDA has realised the acute need for raising the skill sets of all the stake holders involved in Real Estate construction. BDA Gurukul is a well thought out step towards the same.
Various online courses are planned under BDA Gurukul to train and upgrade the knowledge of the various players right from the Promoter / Developer and their key staff members to the foremen and masons at site.
BDA Gurukul courses will be live online courses on various topics and over a period of time will achieve the goal set up by our Hon. Prime Minister under the Skill India movement.
BDA believes that its high time that all the decision makers involved in Real Estate companies update their knowledge of every aspect of construction and management and professionalise their approach and in turn reflect it in their projects.
